Comprehensive Educational Report

• Initial consultation with parents/client to gather background information

• Teacher interview where possible or necessary

• Classroom or home observation where possible or necessary

• Targeted assessment depending on area of concern including an array of recognised tests and assessments to determine potential and achievement

• Tests administered may include: a measure of intellectual functioning, tests of information processing, several different tests of achievement in the areas of reading, written language, and maths, screening of oral language expression and listening comprehension, a test of visual-motor integration and rating scales as related to attention and executive functioning, social emotional functioning and adaptive functioning.

• Written report documenting test scores and results, interpretations and intervention recommendations for both home and school

• Subsequent consultation with parents/clients to discuss the results of the report

• Floow up meeting with the school to discuss implementation of reccomendations and accomodations

• Provision of the report to the referring health/education professional

• 80,000 Kshs 

• Payment terms are as follows: 50% deposit to secure appointment and the balance to be paid before receiving the report. Reports should take 1-2 weeks to complete.

• Evaluations and consultations can be done at the student’s school, home or at my office in Langata, Nairobi. Extra costs may be incurred for travel time ie; for classroom observations, on site testing.

• When needed, assessments can be done outside of Nairobi. Transport and accommodation costs will be covered by the client. Costs can be shared amongst several clients.
